Harper’s job is simple: make people smile. Whether she’s answering a midnight email from a worried traveler or following up with a thank-you note post-stay, Harper is the heart of Scenic Stay’s support experience. She’s known for her empathy, emoji-filled replies, and uncanny ability to remember guest names. Outside of work, Harper runs a local poetry night and has a cat named Juniper.
